We have set up at the big venues on the Grandscape strip, at the smaller private spots along Lewisville Lake, and at a whole lot of backyards in between. Every one has its own quirks. Knowing them saves time on setup day.
The biggest event hub in The Colony. Corporate activations, brand pop-ups, birthday parties near the water feature, and evening events after the shops close. We know the load-in paths and the power access. Clean setup, no cable sprawl across the plaza.
Concert nights, corporate buyouts, and birthday parties. We work around the stage schedule and the venue's own sound setup. Booth placement matters here. We plan it with the venue staff so nothing blocks the sightlines or the bar traffic.
Corporate team events, holiday parties, and birthday celebrations on the bays. Indoor booth placement in the event space works cleanly. We coordinate with the events team on timing so setup does not run into your reservation window.
Weddings, corporate conferences, and gala-style events. The ballroom takes a full backdrop setup beautifully. We coordinate with venue AV on power drops and floor placement so nothing interferes with the main program.

Our most-booked setup. A DSLR camera on a sleek stand, a studio light, and a touchscreen. Guests walk up, tap the screen, pose, and walk out with a print in about 30 seconds. No walls. No curtain. It fits almost anywhere and looks modern in every venue photo.
This is the setup that works at Grandscape evening events, at Cascades ballroom receptions, and at backyard parties out in Austin Ranch. It handles about 100 guests per hour and stays busy all night without backing up.
The 360 booth is the setup that gets the party talking. Guests stand on a platform, the arm spins around them, and the video slows down mid-spin. For a Grandscape brand activation or a big birthday group, it is a showpiece. Guests scan a QR code and get the video on their phone in seconds.
We do not offer the 360 setup yet. It is on our roadmap for 2026. We would rather tell you straight than sell you something we cannot deliver. The backdrop is what makes a photo look like an event photo. We build backdrops matched to your palette and installed by our crew on site. Gold shimmer drape. Velvet walls in emerald, navy, or black. Floral installations. Custom balloon designs. Boxwood walls with a neon sign in the center.

Tell us the colors and the venue, and we design a backdrop that belongs in the room instead of fighting it. Backdrops can be booked alone for an entryway or a stage too.

Straight Answers
No hidden answers. No accordion buttons to click. Here is what people ask us before they book in The Colony.
No. The Colony, Plano, Frisco, Lewisville, and the rest of the core metroplex are inside our standard service zone. No travel fee for those cities. If your event is further out — Sherman, Waxahachie, or somewhere well outside the DFW loop — we may add a small travel fee. We tell you the number up front before you book. Nothing gets tacked on later.
Two things. Space and one standard 110V 3-prong outlet within 20 feet. For the standing booth, a 6×6 ft corner or a 6-foot table footprint works. Backdrops add 2 to 3 feet of depth behind the setup. We bring cords and tape down anything that crosses a walkway. If the venue has specific rules on taping or vendor load-in — Grandscape, Lava Cantina, and Cascades all do — tell us when you book and we plan around it.
Yes, with a plan. Lakefront and patio setups need two things confirmed before the event: a 110V outlet nearby, or a generator if not, and a wind-safe backdrop setup. Velvet and shimmer drape need weight or a frame if there is any breeze off the water. Balloon garlands need weighted bases. We plan all of that in advance when you tell us the venue is outdoors. Indoor setups are simpler and usually the better recommendation for large events. But lakefront parties are some of our favorite setups when the plan is right.
A 50% deposit locks your date. The remaining balance is due the week of the event. Card, ACH, and Zelle are all accepted. You get a signed contract and a receipt for your records. If your event gets postponed, the deposit transfers to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability. If you cancel outright, the deposit is non-refundable, which is standard for event vendors. All of this is spelled out in the contract before you pay anything. No surprises.
