McKinney Photo Booth Rental

Standing booths. Glam filters. Custom backdrops. Delivered and run by a local North Texas crew that knows every venue in McKinney.

Historic Downtown Square on a Saturday. A wedding at Bella Donna Chapel. A country club banquet out in Stonebridge Ranch. McKinney does not have one event style, so the booth should not either. We match the setup to the venue — old brick walls, new country club ballrooms, and everything in between. Then we run it so you can enjoy the party.

McKinney Photo Booth — Quick Fact Sheet

What your venue coordinator or event planner needs to know before the date is locked.

Footprint 6×6 ft or 8×8 ft Standing booth fits a 6×6 ft corner or a 6-ft table. Backdrops add 2–3 ft of depth. Historic buildings with tight floor plans are fine — we have worked tighter.
Setup Time About 45 minutes We coordinate with your venue's load-in window. The Cotton Mill, Myers Park, and Chestnut Square all have their own timing. We plan for it.
Power 110V 3-prong outlet Standard wall outlet within 20 feet. Cords taped down across any walkway. No dedicated circuit needed. Older buildings with limited outlets are handled with plan.
Instant Sharing Wi-Fi or Hotspot We run on venue Wi-Fi when it is reliable, and our own cellular hotspot when it is not. Sharing never depends on the venue network.
Delivery No travel fee McKinney is inside our standard service zone. No travel fee. Frisco, Allen, Plano, and Prosper are all covered the same way.
Indoor / Outdoor Both, with plan Outdoor setups at Myers Park or on the Square need a wind plan and confirmed power access. Indoor setups are simpler and usually our recommendation for large events.

McKinney, TX

Venues & Neighborhoods We Know Well

Historic brick buildings in Downtown McKinney have different rules than new country club ballrooms out in Stonebridge Ranch. Every venue has its own quirks. Knowing them saves time on setup day and keeps the coordinator happy.

Historic Downtown McKinney Square

Weddings, anniversary parties, and evening events in and around the historic buildings. Tight load-in, older wiring, and narrow hallways. We plan the setup around it. Cords get taped and the booth tucks into a corner without blocking the brick walls guests want to photograph.

The Cotton Mill

Weddings and receptions in one of McKinney's most photographed venues. Exposed brick, high ceilings, and warm string lighting. The glam filter booth photographs beautifully in that room. We coordinate with venue staff on load-in and power access so setup does not cut into cocktail hour.

Myers Park & Event Center

Community events, family celebrations, corporate picnics, and outdoor weddings. Myers Park is one of the best outdoor spaces in McKinney when the weather cooperates. Outdoor setups need a wind plan and confirmed power access. We handle both.

Stonebridge Ranch Country Club

Weddings, member events, and formal receptions. The club has specific vendor rules on load-in timing and power. We know them. The booth gets placed without disrupting the club's own decor or the banquet service flow.

Chestnut Square Historic Village

Weddings, heritage events, and photo sessions in the historic village. Smaller buildings with limited power access. We plan the power drop in advance and bring the right cords. The booth fits a compact footprint here without blocking the walkways between buildings.

Bella Donna Chapel & Adriatica Village

Wedding photo booth rental McKinney couples book most often. Bella Donna is a small chapel with a beautiful reception space nearby. Adriatica Village gives you the European-style backdrop for golden-hour photos. The booth placement is planned with the venue so nothing interferes with the ceremony or the reception timeline.

SR

Stonebridge Ranch

Country club events, private estate celebrations, and neighborhood parties. Larger properties work well for full backdrop builds. We plan the layout with you before the event.

TF

Trinity Falls

Newer community with family celebrations, graduation parties, and HOA events. Standard indoor or garage-adjacent setups work well. Backyard setups are easy here too.

CR

Craig Ranch

Family parties, milestone birthdays, and community events. We run setups here regularly and know the parking and load-in situation for the larger community spaces.

IW

Isleworth

Upscale private celebrations and country club events. The glam filter booth books well here for evening receptions and formal parties.

TH

Tucker Hill

Neighborhood events, graduation celebrations, and family parties. Compact footprint setups work cleanly in the community spaces and backyards here.

AV

Adriatica Village

Wedding receptions, engagement parties, and evening events in the European-style village. Great for golden-hour photos when the booth is placed to catch the light. We know the load-in paths around the plaza.

Pick Your Setup

Booth & Backdrop Options for McKinney Events

Three setups and a full backdrop menu. Mix and match to match the venue, the crowd, and the mood.

Standing Photo Booth Rental McKinney

Our most-booked setup. A DSLR camera on a sleek stand, a studio light, and a touchscreen. Guests walk up, tap the screen, pose, and walk out with a print in about 30 seconds. No walls. No curtain. It fits almost anywhere and looks modern in every venue photo.

This is the setup that works at The Cotton Mill, at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club, and at backyard parties out in Trinity Falls. It handles about 100 guests per hour and stays busy all night without backing up.

  • DSLR camera, studio light, and touchscreen interface
  • Instant prints, unlimited during your rental window
  • Digital GIFs and Boomerangs created on the spot
  • Fits a 6×6 ft corner or a 6-ft table footprint
  • Fast lines even at 100 guests per hour
  • Attendant on site for the full rental window

360 Video Booth — Coming Soon to McKinney

The 360 booth is the setup that gets the party talking. Guests stand on a platform, the arm spins around them, and the video slows down mid-spin. For a wedding at The Cotton Mill or a big group at Stonebridge Ranch, it is a showpiece. Guests scan a QR code and get the video on their phone in seconds.

We do not offer the 360 setup yet. It is on our roadmap for 2026. We would rather tell you straight than sell you something we cannot deliver. If a 360 booth is what you have your heart set on for your McKinney event, call us. We can either work with a trusted partner to arrange it or tell you exactly when ours goes live.

  • Slow-motion 360 video capture with instant QR download
  • Custom overlay with your event name and colors
  • Great for wedding receptions and large group celebrations
  • Requires a 10×10 ft open area and one 110V outlet
  • Not yet bookable through our direct lineup
  • Call 214-886-2468 to discuss partner options or timing

Glam Filter Booth for McKinney Weddings

Soft black and white portraits with skin smoothing that reads flattering, not plastic. The glam booth adds a ring light that fills the face evenly, so every guest looks good no matter how the venue lighting is set up. It is the setup we recommend for wedding receptions, corporate holiday parties, and any event where the photos need to feel a step above the standard booth strip.

The filter hides the small stuff — shiny foreheads, uneven venue lighting, a busy wall behind the booth. That is why it books out for weddings at The Cotton Mill, receptions at Adriatica Village, and formal parties at Stonebridge Ranch. Prints match the same black and white tone.

  • Soft black and white filter with skin smoothing
  • Ring light for even, flattering portraits in any lighting
  • Prints matched to the same black and white tone
  • Great for weddings, corporate, and evening events
  • Works with any backdrop we offer
  • Attendant on site for the full rental window

Custom Backdrop Setups

The backdrop is what makes a photo look like an event photo. We build backdrops matched to your palette and installed by our crew on site. Gold shimmer drape. Velvet walls in emerald, navy, or black. Floral installations. Custom balloon designs. Boxwood walls with a neon sign in the center.

We can layer pieces. Shimmer drape behind a floral arch. Balloon garland around a camera stand. Neon sign on boxwood for a rehearsal dinner at Adriatica. Tell us the colors and the venue, and we design a backdrop that belongs in the room instead of fighting it. Backdrops can be booked alone for an entryway or a stage too.

  • Gold shimmer, velvet, and vibrant color draping
  • Floral installations for weddings and milestone events
  • Custom balloon designs in your event colors
  • Boxwood walls with custom neon signs
  • Layered builds: shimmer + floral, balloon + stand
  • Can be booked alone for entryways or stages

Straight Answers

McKinney Photo Booth FAQs

No hidden answers. No accordion buttons to click. Here is what people ask us before they book in McKinney.

01 Historic Venues

Can you set up in historic venues like The Cotton Mill or Chestnut Square?

Yes. We set up in historic buildings all over McKinney — The Cotton Mill, Chestnut Square, Downtown Square storefronts, and the smaller chapel spaces in Adriatica. These venues have two things in common: tighter load-in and older wiring. Both are manageable. We plan the power drop in advance, bring the right length cords, and place the booth in a corner that does not block the brick walls or the walkways guests want to photograph. For venues with very limited power access, we can discuss a quiet generator option.

02 Power Access

What if the venue has limited power access?

We need one standard 110V 3-prong outlet within 20 feet. If the outlet is further, we bring extension cords and tape them down. If the venue has no accessible outlet — some outdoor spaces and older buildings fall into this category — we can bring a quiet generator for an additional fee. Tell us the situation when you book and we plan around it. Nothing about the booth needs a dedicated circuit or a special hookup, so most venues work without any electrical changes.

Delivery 03

Do you charge a delivery fee to McKinney?

No. McKinney is inside our standard service zone. No travel fee. Frisco, Allen, Plano, Prosper, and The Colony are all covered the same way. If your event is further out — Sherman, Denison, or somewhere well outside the DFW loop — we may add a small travel fee. We tell you the number up front before you book. Nothing gets tacked on later.

04 Booking Terms

What are your booking terms?

A 50% deposit locks your date. The remaining balance is due the week of the event. Card, ACH, and Zelle are all accepted. You get a signed contract and a receipt for your records. If your event gets postponed, the deposit transfers to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability. If you cancel outright, the deposit is non-refundable, which is standard for event vendors. All of this is spelled out in the contract before you pay anything. No surprises.

Weekend Dates Go Fast

Lock In Your McKinney Photo Booth Date

Spring weddings at The Cotton Mill. Summer events on the Downtown Square. Fall receptions at Adriatica. Holiday parties at Stonebridge Ranch. McKinney weekends book out fast. The good Saturdays disappear first, and custom backdrops need a few days of lead time.

If you have a date, grab it. Send the venue, the guest count, and the vibe you are going for. We will reply with availability, pricing, and the right setup for your event. No pressure. Just a straight answer about what works.
