Legacy Hall · Plano
Receptions with a built-in atmosphere. We work around the venue schedule and vendor load-in windows. Clean footprint. No cable sprawl across the floor.
Plano · Frisco · Dallas · Southlake · The Colony
Glam filter booths. Audio guestbooks. Scrapbook print stations. Built for weddings where the photos need to match the room.
Your guests do not want to stand in a line during dinner. They want a moment that fits naturally into the night. We build setups that pull people in during cocktail hour, get out of the way for dinner service, and come back to life when the band starts. No interruptions. No forced fun. Just a booth that works with your timeline instead of against it.
The logistics your planner needs before the timeline is locked. Straight answers, no guessing.
Venues We Know Well
From Legacy Hall to hotel ballrooms in Frisco, we know the load-in doors, the freight elevators, and the AV closets. That matters when your coordinator is trying to keep a tight timeline moving.
Receptions with a built-in atmosphere. We work around the venue schedule and vendor load-in windows. Clean footprint. No cable sprawl across the floor.
Ballroom weddings, Sangeets, and reception receptions. Service entrance loading is quick. We coordinate power drops and floor layout so nothing blocks the dance floor.
Outdoor and semi-covered spaces. Good for cocktail hour setups and golden-hour portraits. The glam booth works here with the right wind-safe backdrop.
Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and post-wedding brunches near the water features. We know the paths and the power access.
Freight elevator, loading dock, and AV coordination all handled up front. Backdrops are framed and hung cleanly so the ballroom still looks elegant in photos.
Country clubs, hotel ballrooms, and garden venues across the metroplex. Tell us the venue name and date. We will tell you what fits.
Three Ways to Capture the Night
Book one. Book all three. Each piece works on its own and layers cleanly into a single setup with a shared backdrop and lighting.
This is the booth that makes everyone look like they just walked off a magazine set. Soft black and white. Skin smoothing that reads flattering, not plastic. A ring light that fills the face evenly, no matter the room lighting. The result is the kind of portrait you actually want on the guest table, the print strips, and the album.
Guests step in, tap the screen, and get a portrait in under 30 seconds. The black and white filter hides a lot of the small stuff — shiny foreheads, uneven venue lighting, an off-color wall behind the booth. It is why this setup books out for cocktail hours, welcome parties, and any wedding where the photos need to match the elegance of the room.
Guests pick up the vintage phone. A message plays. Then they record their own. Toasts from college roommates. A grandmother telling the couple what she wishes for them. A best friend laughing through a half-sentence and then getting serious. These are the moments a paper guestbook never captured.
We set the phone up on a side table or a styled station during cocktail hour or reception. After the wedding, we deliver every message as clean digital audio files — one per guest, labeled and dated. Couples can listen back the week after, on their first anniversary, or on their tenth. It is the single most-requested add-on for couples who already have a photo booth booked.
A leather-bound album on a table. Guests take their photo strips and paste them into the book. Then they write a note next to their photo. By the end of the night, you have a bound, handwritten, guest-illustrated album you did not have to lift a finger for.
We supply everything — the album, the adhesive, the photo corners, the pens, and a styled station that matches your reception decor. Guests love it because they get to be part of something, not just take a photo and walk away. Couples love it because the album ends up being the thing they look at most, long after the prints have faded from the guest table.
Timeline Strategy
The booth should fit your timeline, not fight it. Here is the general rhythm we use to make sure the setup earns its place from cocktail hour through the last song.
Guests arrive, grab a drink, and wander. The booth is open and dressed, but not pushed on anyone. The glam filter is the draw here — soft portraits in a room with warm light. No line. No pressure. Just early momentum while the room is still filling in.
When the coordinator calls for dinner seating, the booth closes. Attendant stays with the setup, backdrop stays lit, and no one is distracted by prints during the toasts. This is the part that keeps the reception flow clean.
Coffee is poured, the band is warming up, and the room is ready to move again. The booth reopens with a fresh backdrop and full lighting. This is when the scrapbook station comes alive — guests get their prints and start writing their notes in the album.
Jackets are off, ties are loosened, and the dance floor is at its peak. The booth is now the highest-energy corner of the room. Props come out. Groups pile in. Print strips fly off the tray. This is the window that fills your scrapbook album.
We announce the final call for photos. Guests who missed the booth get one last shot. Then we close cleanly, pack everything up, and hand the scrapbook album to your coordinator or your point person before the venue clears.
Every photo, every strip, and every audio guestbook message gets archived and delivered to you the day after the wedding. You get one clean digital folder with everything organized by category. No chasing anyone for files.
Backdrops & Neon Signs
The right backdrop makes a booth feel like part of your design instead of a rental dropped in the corner. Here is what we build.
Fresh-looking boxwood panels on a freestanding frame. Clean lines, timeless, and they photograph beautifully with the glam filter. Pairs well with a neon sign in the center.
Deep emerald, midnight navy, dusty rose, or classic black velvet drape. Soft texture that reads luxury in photos. Ideal for evening receptions and black-tie weddings.
Warm metallic drape that catches the ring light and the LED wash. Great for formal receptions and any event where the palette runs gold, champagne, or ivory.
Floral arch or corner installations built to match your florist’s palette. Roses, eucalyptus, baby’s breath, or seasonal stems. Quoted per build.
Your last name. Your wedding date. “Mr. & Mrs.” or a custom phrase. Mounted on boxwood or velvet and lit warm. Built to your design and delivered for the event.
Velvet drape behind a floral arch. Boxwood wall with a neon in the middle. Balloon garland around a station. We layer pieces until the backdrop reads like it belongs in your design.
Every Wedding Booking Includes
No nickel-and-diming. No surprise add-ons at the door. Here is what is already built into every quote.
We arrive early, set up the booth, install the backdrop, test the lighting, and coordinate with your planner. You do not lift a finger. Load-in windows are planned in advance.
A real person runs the booth, resets props, helps guests, and keeps the flow moving. Attendant stays with the setup during dinner idle time, so nothing gets touched when the booth is closed.
Send your invitation or design file. We match the fonts, colors, and monogram. The print strip looks like it belongs to your wedding suite, not a stock template.
Guests take as many prints as they want during your rental window. No per-print charge. No cap. The scrapbook album gets a copy, guests get a copy, and no one feels rationed.
Every photo gets archived and delivered after the wedding. A clean online gallery organized by category. Download, share with family, or send to your stationer for a reprint.
We talk directly with your planner or day-of coordinator. Setup, idle time, reopen time, and last call are all scheduled in advance so nothing happens by accident.
Simple Process
Three steps. No back-and-forth email chains. No vague quotes.
Send the date, the venue name, and the general guest count. If you have a timeline started, send that too. We will tell you what fits and what would get in the way.
Availability, pricing, and what is included. No hidden fees. Backdrop, neon, and audio guestbook additions are quoted up front. If the venue needs a COI or a floor plan, we handle it.
We arrive early, install the backdrop, dial in the lighting, and run the booth. At the end of the night, we hand off the scrapbook album and send the digital gallery the next day.
From Real Weddings
Spring weddings in Plano. Fall receptions in Frisco. Here is what couples and planners say after we pack up.
The glam filter portraits are the only photos from our wedding where every single guest looks amazing. The black and white just works. Our photographer actually asked which booth we used because the guest portraits were so clean.
We added the audio guestbook on a whim and it ended up being the thing we still listen to. My grandfather recorded a message I had never heard him say before. We did not even open the paper guestbook.
The scrapbook station was genius. Guests pasted their strips in and wrote notes next to them. We got the whole album back at the end of the night with handwriting from almost everyone. It is the first thing we show people.
Straight Answers
No hidden answers. No accordion buttons to click. Here is what planners and couples ask us before they book.
Requested but not required. If your venue contract allows a vendor meal during the dinner break, we appreciate it. If not, the attendant can step away briefly during the idle window and return for the reception reopen. This is never a dealbreaker on our end. We plan the schedule around what works for you.
No. The booth can close during dinner and reopen for the reception at no extra cost. Attendant stays with the setup. The backdrop stays lit. Nothing gets touched, moved, or taken down. This is standard practice for us because it keeps the reception flow clean and keeps guests focused on the toasts.
Yes, with the right conditions. Under a covered tent or a veranda, it works cleanly. Fully open outdoor setups need a 110V outlet within 20 feet and a wind-safe backdrop plan. Velvet and shimmer drape need weight or a frame if there is any breeze. Tell us the venue and the setup location. We will tell you what is safe and what would be risky.
Send your invitation, your design file, or a photo of your stationery suite. We pull the fonts, colors, and monogram and build the print strip to match. You approve a digital proof before the wedding. Turnaround on design is usually two to three days from the time we receive your file. It is one of the details guests notice without being told to notice it.
Space and one standard 110V outlet within 20 feet. For the booth, an 8×8 corner works. Backdrops add 2–3 ft of depth behind the stand. For the audio guestbook, a side table. For the scrapbook station, a 6-ft table or equivalent surface. We bring cords and tape down anything that crosses a walkway. If the venue has restrictions on taping cords, tell us and we plan around it.
Spring and fall Saturdays book three to four months out. Popular venues in Plano and Frisco fill even earlier. Custom neon signs need four to six weeks of lead time because they are built to order. Short-notice bookings are sometimes possible. Call us. If the date is open, we will make it work. If it is not, we will tell you straight and help you find the next best option.
Saturdays Go Fast
Spring weddings. Fall receptions. Saturday nights from April through November. North Texas books out fast. The best dates disappear first, and custom neon signs need weeks of lead time.
If you have a date, grab it. Send the venue, the guest count, and your general timeline. We will reply with availability, pricing, and the right setup for your wedding. No pressure. Just a straight answer about what works.
