Venues We Know Well

Where North Texas Celebrates Diwali, Sangeet & Garba

From ranch venues in Parker to hotel ballrooms in Frisco, we have loaded in, set up, and run booths at the spaces where South Asian families in North Texas gather. Every load-in door, freight elevator, and catering hallway is different. We plan for it.

Southfork Ranch · Parker / Plano

Big Diwali Mela energy. Wide outdoor spaces and pavilions. We set up camera stands near the entrance or the food court so guests hit the booth on their way in or out. High-throughput setups work best here.

Plano Event Center

Ballroom Sangeets, wedding receptions, and Diwali community nights. Clean load-in through the service entrance. We coordinate with venue staff on power drops and floor layout so nothing blocks the dance floor.

Assembly Park · Plano

Outdoor and semi-covered events. Great for Garba nights, Holi gatherings, and family celebrations. The open-air camera stand is the right fit here. Lightweight footprint, minimal setup, no wall needed.

Grandscape · The Colony

Restaurant buyouts, brand activations, and Diwali mixers near the water features. We know the load-in paths. Cords get taped, decor stays clean, and the booth does not fight the venue aesthetic.

Embassy Suites · Frisco

Hotel ballroom Sangeets and wedding weekends. Freight elevator, loading dock, and AV coordination all handled up front. Backdrops are framed and hung so the ballroom still looks elegant in every photo.

Backyards, Clubhouses & Community Halls

Plenty of Diwali and Mehndi parties happen at home. We serve Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Irving, and the surrounding suburbs with the same setup quality. Tell us the ZIP and the date.

Pick Your Setup

Camera Stands, Backdrops & Lighting for Festive Nights

Three core pieces. Mix and match to match your event. Every option includes delivery, setup, and breakdown anywhere in the Plano service area.

01

Open-Air Camera Stand for Diwali Melas & Big Crowds

Built for the crowd. When 600 guests show up to a Diwali Mela and everyone wants a photo, an enclosed booth backs up in ten minutes. An open-air camera stand does not. Guests walk up, tap the screen, pose, and move on. We run this setup with dual printers on standby so prints never lag. That is how we hit 100 to 150 guests per hour without a line snaking past the food stalls.

The camera stand is a DSLR on a sleek stand with a studio light and a touchscreen. No walls. No curtain. It looks modern, fits almost anywhere, and photographs cleanly against any backdrop. If you are running a community Mela at Southfork Ranch or a cultural night at Plano Event Center, this is the setup that keeps up.

  • Handles 100–150 guests per hour with dual printers
  • Open-air DSLR camera stand with studio light and touchscreen
  • Custom “Happy Diwali” and family monogram print templates
  • Instant SMS and QR sharing for every guest
  • Fits in a 6-ft table footprint or an 8×8 corner
  • Best for Diwali Mela, Holi, and large community events
02

Gold Shimmer, Floral & Balloon Backdrops

The backdrop is what makes a photo look like an event photo. We build backdrops that match the moment. Gold shimmer draping for Diwali. Vibrant festive colors for a Sangeet. Floral installations for a Mehndi morning. Custom balloon designs for a Garba night or a family Diwali party at home. Each piece is built to your palette and installed on site by our team.

We can layer backdrops. Shimmer drape behind a floral arch. Balloon garlands around a camera stand. Marigold installations framing the entry. Tell us the colors, the venue, and the mood, and we design a backdrop that does the work. Backdrop design can be added to any setup or booked on its own for an entryway, a stage, or a photo wall.

  • Gold shimmer draping and vibrant festive color backdrops
  • Floral installations for weddings, Sangeets, and Mehndi mornings
  • Custom balloon designs in your event colors
  • Layered builds: shimmer + floral, balloon garland + camera stand
  • Freestanding or wall-mounted depending on venue
  • Can be booked alone for an entryway or stage backdrop
03

LED Lighting & Custom Print Templates

Lighting does more for a photo than most people realize. We run full-color LED lights that can be dialed to warm gold, deep marigold, magenta, teal, or whatever your event palette calls for. Match the Sangeet stage colors. Match the Diwali candles. Match the Garba outfit of the night. The light lands on the backdrop and on every guest, and it shows up in the print.

Custom print templates go hand in hand with the lighting. “Happy Diwali.” A family monogram. The couple’s names and wedding date. A festival hashtag. We design the strip to match your colors and your type, then run it on unlimited prints all night. Send us your monogram, your colors, and any existing design elements and we build the rest.

  • Full-color LED lighting, adjustable on site
  • Match your Sangeet, Mehndi, or Diwali event palette
  • Custom “Happy Diwali” and family monogram templates
  • Couple name and wedding date strips for Sangeet and reception
  • Festival hashtags and event-specific design
  • Unlimited prints during your rental window

What North Texas Families Say

Diwali Melas in Plano. Sangeets in Frisco. Garba nights in Allen. Here is what hosts say after we pack up.

“

The gold shimmer backdrop and the LED lighting made our Sangeet photos look like a magazine spread. Every guest stood in front of that wall. The QR download meant clips were up on Instagram before dinner was served.

Anjali & RohanSangeet · Frisco, TX
“

We had over 700 people at our Diwali Mela. The open-air camera stand handled the crowd without a backup. Dual printers meant nobody stood around waiting. Custom “Happy Diwali” templates were a nice touch.

Priya S.Diwali Mela · Plano, TX
“

Booked the backdrop and balloon garland for my cousin’s Garba night in Allen. The gold shimmer with marigold florals looked incredible in every photo. Guests took prints home and sent them to family back in India.

Straight Answers

Photo Booth FAQs for South Asian Celebrations

No hidden answers. No accordion buttons to click. Here is what families and planners ask us before they book.

01 Throughput

Can your camera stand handle a Diwali Mela with 500+ guests?

Yes. That is exactly what the open-air camera stand is built for. With dual printers on standby and an experienced attendant running the flow, we clear 100 to 150 guests per hour. For a 500-person Mela that runs four hours, one stand is often enough. For 800+ guests or a shorter window, we recommend booking two stands so no one stands in line longer than a few minutes.

02 Backdrops

What backdrop styles do you offer for Diwali and Sangeet themes?

Gold shimmer draping is the most requested for Diwali because it photographs beautifully under warm lighting. Vibrant festive color backdrops work for Sangeets and Garba nights. Floral installations are popular for Mehndi and Sangeet mornings. Custom balloon designs are great for Garba nights and family Diwali parties at home. We can layer them: shimmer drape behind a floral arch, balloon garlands around a camera stand. Tell us the colors and mood when you book. Backdrop builds are quoted up front.

03 Templates

Can you print “Happy Diwali” or a family monogram on the photos?

Absolutely. Custom print templates are one of the main reasons families book us over generic photo booth companies. We design the print strip to say “Happy Diwali,” carry the couple’s names for a Sangeet, list your family monogram for a Mehndi, or display your event hashtag. Turnaround on template design is usually two to three days from approval. Send us your colors and any existing monogram and we will build it.

04 Lighting

How does the LED lighting work?

Full-color LEDs. Adjustable on site by our attendant. If your Sangeet stage is warm gold, we match it. If the Garba night is bright magenta and teal, we match that. The lights land on the backdrop and on guests, which means your photos look like they belong to the event, not dropped in from somewhere else. We set the lighting during setup and tweak it through the night if the room lighting changes.

05 Space & Power

What does the venue need to provide?

Two things. Space and one standard 110V outlet within 20 feet. For the camera stand, an 8×8 ft corner or a 6-foot table works. Backdrops add a few feet of depth behind the stand. Power is one standard wall outlet. We bring the cords and tape down anything that crosses a walkway. If your venue is outdoors or in a tent, tell us up front and we plan the power drop and weight the backdrop correctly.

06 Booking Window

How far in advance should I book for Diwali or wedding season?

Diwali season runs October through November and fills up fast. Book by August or early September. For Sangeet and wedding weekends in spring and fall, book three to four months out. For Garba nights during Navratri in September and October, book by mid-summer. Custom backdrop work needs a little extra lead time. Short-notice bookings are sometimes possible. Call us. If the date is open, we will make it work. If it is not, we will tell you straight and help you find the next best option.

Dates Go Fast

Lock In Your Diwali, Sangeet or Garba Photo Setup

Diwali season. Navratri. Wedding weekends. Spring and fall Sangeets. North Texas books out fast. The good dates disappear first, and custom backdrop builds go even earlier because they need lead time.

If you have a date, grab it. Send your event details, your venue, and your colors. We will reply with availability, pricing, and the right setup for your celebration. No pressure. Just a straight answer about what works.
