Yes. One standard 110V 3-prong outlet within 15 to 25 feet is ideal. For outdoor events, we may need a generator or a venue-approved power drop. We confirm power before the event so there is no last-minute scramble. If your venue is a warehouse, a barn, or an outdoor pavilion, tell us up front. We will plan the power drop and bring the right extension cords so nothing gets taped across a walkway.
Yes. Every attended rental includes a trained on-site attendant who runs the booth, resets props, helps guests with the touchscreen, and keeps the line moving. That is the difference between a booth that works all night and a booth that sits in the corner with nobody using it. Drop-off rentals are also available for smaller private parties with a venue point person on site. Tell us which one you want when you request the quote.
For spring and fall weddings in Plano and Frisco, book two to four months out. For corporate holiday parties in November and December, book by early fall. For graduations in May, book by March. Travel inside the core metroplex is already factored into most quotes. If you are further out, we may add a small travel fee. Ask us. We will be upfront about it before you book.
